Magic Portals Bonus
If you can land matching symbols in the electrically charged purple circles in reels one and five they’re converted into wilds. The only exception is spinning the free spins symbols which trigger the free spins, otherwise called the Magic Portals Wild Transformation.
Magic Portals Symbols
The Magic Portal Symbols include a firey red dragon, a white haired scary looking wizard, flames, owls ad other mystical type images. There are no wild symbols per se. This feature is triggered by matching the symbols on reels one and five. I’m not sure why the free spins symbol, called “Free Spins,” couldn’t have been something more interesting like a Mystic Princess or another more interesting symbol. It’s descriptive as opposed to imaginative.
Magic Portals Free Spins
Landing two of the free spins symbols in the magic portal circles will trigger the free spins round, rewarding you with ten free. Winning extra free spins during the Free Spins mode is possible which is a nice feature. The free spins rounds use the same bet level and coin value that was played before the free spins round. That is, you can’t increase the bet level during this round – fairly standard. There is no multiplier in the free spins which I think would have added a lot to this game.
Magic Portals Our Verdict
With a 25×5 video slot, it’s certainly simple. Netent have done a great job with this theme. If you are looking for a more interesting bonus round like Flying Pigs or The Ninja, you may find Magic Ports Slot dull.
